Dave Pearce, CEO
Dave has founded and served as CEO of six venture backed companies over the past 30 years, several of which were engaged in the production of advanced materials using vacuum processes and the design and fabrication of high throughput vacuum equipment. His thin-film experience includes hard disks, optical components, two CIGS solar companies, and an ultra-barrier film for solar and display applications. Mr. Pearce also founded a vacuum system design and fabrication company. He has extensive fund-raising experience from seed stage to public markets.
MARK GEORGE, CTO
Dr. George has co-founded and joined early stage companies in the area of photovoltaic materials and processes and plasma based synthesis of ultra-barrier thin films. He has led both equipment manufacturing and process development teams utilizing novel plasma processing. Markets served include: precision optical thin films, thin film materials for both semiconductor and opto-electronic displays. Mark has a PhD in Chemical Engineering.
